Below is a selection of my hand made birthday cakes. There is a selection of cake decoration styles involving fondant, buttercream and rich chocolate ganache, and also cake flavours such as vanilla madeira cake, lemon drizzle cake, carrot cake, a particularly popular chocolate fudge cake, rich fruit cake and lastly the ever popular Victoria sponge.
